Memoserv can be used to send messages between registered users. Messages cannot be retrieved without the recepient IDing to their nick with nickserv and hence more a more secure alternative to Botmail.
Open a query window to Memorserv by typing:
/q Memoserv
then type:
send |recepient| |message|
Memoserv will then send you the following message to tell you your message is sent:
-MemoServ- Memo sent to |recepient|
Memoserv supports the following commands:

SEND Send a memo to a nick or channel

CANCEL Cancel last memo you sent

LIST List your memos

READ Read a memo or memos

DEL Delete a memo or memos

SET Set options related to memos

INFO Displays information about your memos

CHECK Checks if last memo to a nick was read
Type /msg MemoServ HELP command for help on any of the above commands.
